| There are several meeting-rooms
of different sizes on the 3rd and 4th floor of Sullam
Palace in Venice, San Marco 4410. |

Sullam Room:
on the 4th floor of the Palace, this room has 6
windows which look out onto both the Orseolo Basin
and St. Mark’s Bell Tower; The side of the
Palace facing towards the interior has double mullioned
XVI century Venetian windows.
This room can accommodate up to 60 people theatre
style and up to 35 in a U-shape or
classroom style sitting at cherry-wood tables.
The grey-blue walls harmonise well with the furnishings
and the equipment listed below:
• XVIII century podium sitting 3/5 people
• large wall-screen
• overhead projector with laptop connection
• slide projector
• flip chart
• amplification system with microphone and
conference recording
• telephone
• television with video-recorder
• ADSL Internet-connection from many plugs
throughout the room.
Any equipment not mentioned above, such as a translation-cabin
and additional microphones, etc. can be supplied
on request.
Secretarial services and the use of the photocopier,
fax, post and e-mail facilities are available at
all times |

Coffee-break
or Workshop Room: close to Sullam Room,
it can be used either for refreshments, light-lunches,
or for the registration of participants.
It can also accommodate up to 15 people for small
meetings or host a break-out group during a workshop. |

Office: located at the 4th floor, the
office has a conference table for 8 people, with
an ADSL Internet-connection for laptop.
Attractive
paintings hang on the walls, the furniture is cherry-wood,
and there is a view both of St. Mark’s Bell
Tower and the Orseolo Basin. |

Venice Room:
located at the 3rd floor of Sullam Palace, a rectangular
cherry-wood table with leather chairs can accommodate
10 people for a meeting.
The room is provided with
video-projection facilities on request. Attractive
paintings with water-colours by famous Venetian
artists hang on the walls, and there is a view of
the XVI century interior side of the Palace.
The room also holds a desk for office use, with
personal computer, phone and Internet-connection.
