AMO also has an apartment for
rent to clients and foreign tourists visiting Venice in
the same Palace where it has its headquarters: 4410 San
Marco.
The apartment, which measures 50 square meters, is located
at the 4th floor of Palazzo Sullam, an XVIII century building,
recently refurbished, a few steps from St. Mark’s
Square and a 5 minutes walk from Rialto.
It is newly furnished and equipped with every facility
including air-conditioning, heating and a lift and is
laid out as follows: |

• bathroom with shower
• kitchen with fridge, electric oven and plate, microwave,
washing-machine
• dining-room with 5 windows facing a canal,
a
sofa, (on request another small sofa-bed is available), a table with 4 chairs,
television with video-recorder, hi-fi, wardrobe and cupboard
• bedroom with a double-bed and XVI century

The flat enjoys a wonderful view of the famous Venetian
monument: the “Scala del Bovolo”.
On request AMO can provide an office on the third
floor of the Palace, where a fixed line telephone
and an Internet connection are available. |

The price is all-inclusive
of water, electricity, heating or air-conditioning,
incoming and outgoing cleaning, towels, kitchen
equipment, sheets.
