15/01/2004 - Convention “Coats Cucirini”
A Convention of the famous firm of knitwear “Coats Cucirini” is held with about 60 employees of the company on the 15th and the 16th January in our Sullam Room. The reception room has been prepared with clothes dummies and it has been disposed with the materials to be shown in the main Room for the 2 days. Instead on the 18th January the presentation and the coffee-break will take place for about 80 agents on the Terrazza Orseolo by Hotel Bonvecchiati. The dinner is foreseen on the Terrazza Orseolo the first evening and by the Restaurant Do Forni the second evening. The participants stay at Hotel Bonvecchiati.

16/01/2004 - “Generale” Meeting
An international group of 16 doctors who are accommodated at the Hotel Bonvecchiati met in one of our Room, which is furnished with a big a rectangular table and located on the 3rd floor of the Palace in the afternoon of the 16th January. They used a little overhead projector supplied by Amo and one slide projector to project some slides. Scientific Co-ordinator: a doctor of S. Bortolo Hospital, Vicenza.

05/02/2004 - “Alilaguna” Meeting
The Alilaguna Company held the first yearly meeting with about 30 motor-boat drivers at Sullam Palace in the afternoon of the 5th February from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Co-ordinators: Mr. Fabio Sacco and Mr. Esposito of Alilaguna Srl.

09/02/2004 - “Alilaguna” Meeting
The Alilaguna Company’s management met with about 40 motor-boat drivers and employees in our Sullam Room in the afternoon of the 9th February from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Co-ordinators: Mr. Fabio Sacco and Mr. Esposito of Alilaguna Srl.

28/02/2004 - “Rotaract” Meeting
One of the five yearly national assemblies of Rotaract’s members is held in our Sullam Room on Saturday 28th February: the Young Rotaract meeting. The participants are twenty people coming from all over Italy. They have to deliberate in order to turn over funds in aid of some important scientific projects. Coffee-Break is supplied by the catering of the Terrazza Orseolo in the Coffee-Break Room of Sullam Palace. Organizator: Hotel Bonvecchiati by Ubin Srl, the company which manages the Terrazza Orseolo.

03/03/2004 - "Chiavi d'Oro"
The monthly meeting of the Triveneto Region Association “Chiavi d’Oro” will take place in our Sullam Room at 9:30 p.m.

09/03/2004 - “Società per l’Incremento Turistico di Venezia” Meeting
A meeting of the Company “Società per l’Incremento Turistico di Venezia” is held for about 40 motor-boat drivers in our Sullam Room during the afternoon of the 9th March from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Co-ordinators: Mr. Fabio Sacco and Mr. Esposito of Alilaguna Srl.

11/03/2004 - “ACI” Press Briefing
A Press Briefing of ACI (Automobil Club Italia) is held in our Sullam Room during the morning of 11th March; about 15 participants have listened in advance to the programme announced for the celebration of 7thApril, the “World Day for Health” dedicated to Road Safety. ACI has made an appeal to everybody: “on the 7th April, neither deaths nor hurts on our roads !”. A buffet was at disposal of the journalists in our spaces after the briefing. Organizer: Hotel Bonvecchiati.

26/03/2004 - Laben Spa “Star” Meeting
International Meeting of one day organized for 20 participants by Laben Spa in collaboration with Amo in our Sullam Room. The Room is equipped with a big rectangular table placed in the middle of the Room, where the participants can connect to an overhead projector with their laptops and use the slide projector. A coffee-break and a light lunch buffet is provided by the Dogaressa Catering in our spaces on demand of Amo. The client stays at the Hotel Cavalletto & Doge Orseolo. The “Motoscafi Granturismo of Venice" Company met with 50 employees in our meeting room on Friday 10th April from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

14/04/2004 - "Sullam Meeting"
A meeting organized by Sullam Srl in our Room with the members, the President, the training Co-ordinator of the Company and the Representatives of the FC Consulting Group from Rome, in order to debate some possible new informatics approaches to the Training Courses to be settled down for the next months. The light lunch buffet is supplied by Amo.

27/04/2004 - “Società per l’Incremento Turistico di Venezia” Meeting

08/05/2004 - “IGA-OPTIK-JONEN” Meeting
A meeting with 30 people of the German Group IGA-OPTIK-JONEN (Brillemonde, Contactilinsen und Hörakustik) is held in our Sullam Room during the morning of Saturday 8th May from the 9:30 to 12:00. The room for the participants is disposed in theatre style with a podium. Scientific Co-ordinators: Mr. Isodoro Vercelli and his wife, managers of the German Group IGA-OPTIK-JONEN. The participants stay at Hotel Bonvecchiati, while the tour- guide of the group is accommodated in the apartment of Amo Srl. Organizer: the Touristikservice Morhart Agency with its Director Winfried Morhart and its Italian subsidiary of Malcesine (Vr). Soft-drinks and cakes are provided to the participants by Amo in the same Sullam Room. The Morhart Agency has organized an interesting tour for the group, who will be visiting Venice and its islands. Besides, a cocktail at the Hotel Bonvecchiati and a dinner by Cipriani Restaurant in Torcello island; appetizers at Caffè Florian and a treasure hunt to the “Scala del Bovolo” are foreseen by the programme.

11/05/2004 - “Wolseley Supply Chain” Management Conference
In our spaces on the 4th floor of Sullam Palace for 3 consecutive days from the 11th to the 13th May there will be an international meeting of about 20 people from UK, Ireland, Continental Europe and North America. The programme for the 3 days is intensive: it foresees the separation of participants in little groups to be settled in our rooms at the 4th floor and to be gathered in the main Room in a second moment to discuss the results obtained. The participants are accommodated at the Hotel Bonvecchiati. Scientific Co-ordinator: dr. Claudio Manzardo.

In addition to the journalists many important businessmen are present in the Room to represent the Venice reality: some architects, university Professors, the General Secretary of Confartigianato of Venice, etc…

26/05/2004 - Spring Time Cocktail
Amo Srl has organized and sent out invitations for a cocktail, which will take place in Sullam Palace, Venice - Saint Mark 4410 on Wednesday 26th May 2004; it is addressed to operators in the tourist sector and to those friends who have shared with us the growth of our Company in the last years. It is also an opportunity, for those who have not already done it, to visit our spaces and to say good-bye to the Managing Director of the Company, dr. Valeria Barbieri, who will have a baby very soon and will not work for the period of maternity leave ! Catering by Rosa Salva.

10/06/2004 - Convention “MRO Software”
From Thursday afternoon to Friday evening, about 30 people of the “MRO Software” Company will meet in our Sullam Room, in occasion of the International Annual Congress Maximò. On Thursday afternoon, a break for the participants and an aperitif by the “Terrazza Orseolo” are foreseen at 6.30 p.m., then the group will make also “a little cruise” on the Grand Canal and will have dinner by the “Cantina Canaletto” Restaurant. On friday 11th June, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. the second part of the Convention will be hold in our spaces, interrupted by a break in our coffee-break room and a light-lunch by the “Terrazza Orseolo”. 16/06/2004 - “AVA” Conference
The AVA (Venice Hotels Owners’ Association) Conference concerning the subject “ the New Code for Privacy” was held in our Sullam Room on Wednesday 16th June from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. The 60 Venetian Hotel owners who participated in the meeting were very interested in the matter. The five spokesmen, coming from a Tax Advisors’ Firm, have used the Internet ADSL connection to project on the big screen. Scientific Co-ordinator and Moderator: dr. Scarpa, General Director of AVA.

18/06/2004 - “MRGE New Acquisitions” Workshop
Forty people will meet in our Sullam Room for a refresher course this night from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.: “A course problem oriented in accordance with the PBL (Problem Based Learning) didactics”. The tables inside the room are disposed in U-form, in order to allow each participant to interact easily with the other. The light-dinner will be supplied by the Terrazza Orseolo inside our Coffee-Break room at about 9:30 p.m.

06/09/2004 - Tour in Venice
Amo Srl has organized a guided tour for a group of Swedish tourists of the Billerud Company based in Milan, in order to see and explore Venice. During the morning, the boat ”Andrea Doria II” of the “Serenissima Motoscafi” has come to the wonderful islands of the Lagoon: Murano, Burano and Torcello, the group was guided by a tour leader. After the lunch at the Hotel Metropole, a part of the group has made a walking tour of the “little-known Venice” during the afternoon. The tour with the boat and the tour of Venice are a perfect combination to let the tourists discover the hidden parts of the city.

The first of a series of lessons organized by the "School of Public Administration" based in Lucca, is held in our Sullam Room on Friday 10th September from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Coffee-Break is supplied by the Hotel Bonvecchiati and for the lunch the participants are accomodated at the Terrazza Orseolo.

Promoarch Eventi Srl, company with headquarters in Rome, organized an event by Venice Airport “Marco Polo” in the morning of 20th October. After a short briefing Amo Srl has picked out two hostesses who should have distributed promotion material for the occasion.

17/11/2004 - “JT International Italia Srl” Meeting
The Meeting of the Jt International Srl Company from Milan took place at Sullam Palace on 17th and 18th November 2004. Twenty participants have met sitting at tables in U-shape in our Sullam Room. They connected their laptop to our overhead projector. The Coffee-Breaks and the tasteful buffet-lunch, have been provided by the Dogaressa Catering in our Coffee-Break Room. The participants stayed at the Liassidi Palace Hotel. Co-ordinator and organizer: dr. Elena Sabadin.

26/11/2004 - Eni Corporate University
The “Eni Corporate University” of Milan, branch of the “ENI GROUP S.P.A.”Company, used our meeting-room as representative office in order to make some interviews on Friday 26th November 2004. During that day Mrs. Zanchetta has been examining six graduated persons coming from all over the Veneto Region. Our staff welcomed the candidates at Sullam Palace.
